Veterinary Surgeons
As a vet within our emergency clinic you will work as part of a friendly and supportive team of dedicated emergency vets and nurses. Your key responsibility lies in providing an exceptionally high level of veterinary care, after all at Vets Now we pride ourselves on raising professional standards and delivering a superior level of service.
Your role in the clinic will be both interesting and exciting as the varied work environment will involve triage, offering advice to clients via telephone, management of hospitalised cases and building relationships with your clinics member practices. Overall we think you will find this workload stimulating and challenging, and you'll certainly see an increase in acute cases that will keep you thinking on your feet!
Over the course of your career within Vets Now, you will be encouraged to develop your professional skills through attendance at regular CPD meetings and external placements. In addition we also offer an On Site Training Programme provided by our very own Emergency and Critical Care specialist who has been teaching ECC since 1992 and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 1993. This continual investment in your career growth will help build your confidence and skills as you further your career and become an expert in Emergency Medicine and Surgery.

Senior Veterinary Surgeons
If you are a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and are MRCVS registered with five years experience with small animals and a determination to further your career then a position at Vets Now as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon could be the career move you have been looking for.
As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon you will be responsible for the entire emergency clinic; building and developing a winning team, developing our reputation for raising the standards of emergency care and building strong relationships with your host clinic and member practices.
